Abstract

Synchronous metastases have varied significantly according to the histologic subtype, tumor grade, and tumor size in patients with stage T2 renal cell carcinoma. Both histologic subtype and tumor grade can be highly accurately derived from renal mass biopsy before planned nephrectomy.
