The increase in endometrial carcinoma cases in recent years has made it evident that urgent attention must be brought to this disease in the public debate. This Policy Statement, conceived as an advocacy initiative, stems from the awareness that many patients face significant barriers in accessing clear information and effective treatment pathways, often due to a lack of awareness and targeted information campaigns. Increasing knowledge and awareness of the disease among women is essential to help them understand the risks, recognize symptoms, and learn about treatment options, so they can feel engaged and informed in managing their own health. In a context where endometrial carcinoma remains an under-discussed disease, promoting greater awareness and fostering an open dialogue among patients, clinicians, patient associations, civic organizations, and institutions is crucial. Only in this way will it be possible to improve care and the quality of life for women facing this challenge. With this document, we aim to give voice to the unmet needs of patients and promote an advocacy initiative directed at institutions, calling for concrete attention to endometrial carcinoma and the importance of ensuring equitable and informed care pathways for all women nationwide.
