A 35-year-old man with a persistent history of sporadic rectal bleeding presented to our outpatient clinic. On rectal examination, two oval, elastic masses were found. The biggest (4 9 2 cm) had its lower end 7 cm from the anal verge and protruded through the anus during straining. The other mass (2 9 1 cm) was located just proximally to the first.
