La “società di persone” e il “punto di interferenza della persona nella società” – note a partire dalla fenomenologia sociale di Norberto Bobbio

The ‘society of persons’ and the ‘point of interference of the person in society’ – Notes Based on Norberto Bobbio’s Social Phenomenology Abstract: I outline a philosophical itinerary that, starting from Bobbio (1934, 1938a, 1938b), focuses on some issues addressed by Bombelli, De Monticelli, and Musio with regard to De Vecchi (2022): the relationship between social phenomenology and a personally embedded social ontology; the creation of the “society of persons” and social acts; the formation of good social wholes and the role of law and solidarity; the axiological quality of social wholes, personalism and law; the positionality of the person and the “society worthy of we-others”.
