Abstract
This paper aims to show how a different articulation of the concept of community in Hegel and Rosenzweig’s philosophy means a different conception of Political horizon and so – more generally – a different conception of alterity. Against the hard Hegelian declaration “Abraham wanted not to love, wanted to be free by not loving” ; Rosenzweig contrasts a different understanding of Politic against the radical ‘emptiness’ (or ‘negativity’) that Judaism means according to Hegel, defining the existence of Jewish community as a meta-historic existence, in the eternity of community previously arrived at destination.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
